Another former KS wrestler's life ended too soon last Friday. I don't know any details, but saw the obituary in today's Salina Journal.

Kyle wrestled for Belleville high school, and placed 2nd his senior year at 215#. He pinned his way to the finals before losing 4-3 to Jeff Horinek of Atwood.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his brother, Dan, and the rest of the Strait Family.

Kyle was a righteous dude. I'm sorry to hear of this terrible news. Hang in there, Danny.

It is a very small world. His uncle is a business associate of mine. I knew nothing of this until this morning. I told him our hearts go out to the family. He stated that the family is very appreciative of the support from Kyle's wrestling family.
