Here we go, the sunday before regionals, 4 days till the qualifiers kick off, and it's now time to start the state champions kick off....who do you think will in in all classes? you choose which class to do i don't care, i'll do 4A... you do whatever you want....
103- Tibbles Colby
112- Bahe Goodland
119- Wall Andover
125- Dawson Abilene
130- Dreiling Scott City
135- Deeds Goodland
140- Garcia Colby
145- Grater Clay Center
152- Erisman Desoto
160- Taplin Abilene
171- Wiscombe Sante Fe Trail
189- Segar Ulysses
215- Maars Clay Center
275- Miller Scott City
wow, picking allen at 152 instead of erisman and segar at 189 instead of strawn? pretty bold
I haven't seen all of those guys wreslte yet...but the people that I have seen wreslte and are on your list Bronco I agree with. Good Choices
I wasn't sure if Erisman was 4A or not, didn't get to the rankings to check, but he was my first pick, but wasn't sure if he 4A or 5A, but i edited the post, Segar is the only one i've seen wrestle @ 189 and he looked pretty impressive against Fox of Scott City @ 215 and beat wiesner, so should be a good match
I dont agree with all your picks, but o well! With you being out in western part, theres alot of kids you havent seen. At 171, I'm pretty sure Justin Wiscombe SFT (undefeated) will bring home a title, and Garcia might not be able to bring home a state title. Max Connelly SFT had a real good match against Silver Lakes Brady LaMar and was able to beat him.(dont remember what the score was) But at the Beloit tourney LaMar beat Garcia by atleast 4 in the finals. And I think Abilene might have more than 2 win the finals
-Heather
Wiscombe was another one that i wasn't sure if he was 4A as i couldn't check the rankings to make sure, but he was my pick i just wasn't sure if he was 4A as well, but i'm not sure about Abilene having more wins in the finals, but they will have a very strong showing either way, but everyone has a shot at state, it just depends on how it shakes out.....good luck to everyone
Of all my picks some were very close and could have went either way....some to name a few are
103- Tibbles/Rein
125- Dawson/Mundy
130- Basically a toss up....favorite appears to be Dreiling though
135- Deeds/Heckel/
140- Garcia/Connelly/Eck
145- Grater/Shroeder
189- Segar/Strawn
I think 125 is up in the air right now for the fact that there is not one guy at that weight who is undefeated. I think it is anyones for the taking, and wouldn't underestamate some of the other guys who are ranked right now like King.
State Champs
-----------------------------
Bronco, did you get pinned? I don't see your name
on your list. Modest?
Didn't I get pinned where? see my name on what list? I gotta get to state first
If your talking bout Eck at 145 from Andale, he is at 40. Judd Schroeder(Andale) is at 45, from what i heard he gave Grater a match at Clay Center Invatational. But I'm hopin Grater comes out on top again at state! Good luck Danny
Bronco...kudos to you. Time to not just talk the talk but walk the walk. Being humble this time of season is good..best of luck to you.
I'm just being serious, I don't get a trip to state because I'm a great forum poster, is there a forum state because I didn't attend the qualifiers, but thank you I try not to take stuff too seriously as it distracts you and makes you stress too much, so being a little "silly" once in a while helps ease that and makes me prepare for what's ahead, and thank you again for the good luck, I may need it
Alex
peterson from abilene beat deeds once this year so u cant leave him out of the finals
103-Tibbles-Rein-Zahm

189-Strawn-Seger-Barr
215-Marrs-Starr-Fox
275-Thorsen-Miller
When Caylor from Clearwater is at his best he's tough to beat. I think he's got a pretty good shot at beating Wiscombe.
ThreePointBuck, I think you are on something! Wiscombe has beat both Malloy and Sondreggor (both excellent college-able wrestlers). Caylor will have to do something special just to even get by Starcher, cuz I'm pretty sure it's going to be a Wiscombe-Starcher final! I know you are rooting for all of Clearwater, but I just don't see Clearwater busting out the upsets (as you see them) in the finales. Sorry to burst your bubble! Guess they are your opinions and you can stand by them, but I have other thoughts, obviously!
Jon Dukes was beating caylor going into the third period 5-1 and ended up losing 6-5 to caylor at our dual. Then last weekend Dukes won 11-10. I think cole and jon will have a tough time getting to the semi's.

since your email is mckinneyr135@hotmail.com would that make you a JV stud behind Dreiling? Just wondering since you can talk about me all you want, i don't care i do what i have to do at regionals not on here, and if you have the decency to stand up, sign your posts.....also i'm sure Lakin & Logan are more respected than to come on here and badmouth people

Many with a dead heat for the title, just guessing, as I haven't seen everyone wrestle.
watta bout ross at 71? or the atwood kid at 19?
Migchaelbrink sp? from Atwood will be in the finals, he's already beat Owings, not sure how many times, and Owings owned Brockelman last time i checked, so who knows, it'll be a good bracket at Regionals/State with different outcomes 9/10....who knows?

Your quite a modest one arent ya
Modest? I'm just hoping to make it to state
someoldguy, surely you have seen movies like The Mighty Ducks. There is always a chance of an upset. But by the way you are talking we might as well give Taplin and Wiscombe and Grater and all the other studs the titles now, whats the point of a match if there is no chance to win.
And of course I'm rooting for my boys down in Clearwater. Somebody's gotta support them.
who do you think will win at 71 in 3-2-1a because it will be tight
I think Ross will win it, with Foster and Kingsbury 2 and 3.
Broeckelman would be a big surprise
I'm going to throw my hat in the ring for Galvan at 215. If I win, you guys all owe me popsicles.
160-4A EDEN ALL THE WAY!!!!
Right on Garker, I'll work his butt off this week and get his head set for it.
