I didn't think that Aldon could wrestle since he transferred from Newberry this year. Does he not have to sit out a year?
I THINK THAT IS ONLY D-1,
If a release from the prior school is obtained, the athlete does not have to sit out .
should be a good match at 133 i personally think uco is gonna smash them though.
I think your way underestimating FHSU. With Edgemon in I think they would win 6 of 10. Here is how I see it.

125 - Dooley is tough, but Rowell is suppose to be a talented kid. Rowell is a freshman though.
133 - Isenberg and Graham will be a tight match. Graham is wrestling well as of late. I think Isenberg will suprise some though.
141 - I'm a big Scotty Berens fan, but I think Harrison is going to be too much. Harrison is a stud on his feet and Berens is a stud on the mat.
149 - I think Robinson will beat Younkin, but Robinson loses a lot of matches during the season.
157 - Grater should win.
165 - Malloy will win...maybe big.
174 - Gillespie can win here...toss up.
184 - Gonzales should win against a guy who went 0-6 as a RS JR!
197 - Rencountre will give Edison all he wants...toss up
HWT - Sorry Carl...I think Finn has this one. Can't give up a pin.

It will definitely NOT be a blowout!
Why isn't Mikey Morgan in the lineup for UCO, did he get in trouble for chokin' the coach out?
That's just a really tight "legal" front headlock! You don't sit there and let someone crank down on a tight front head or the lights go out sometimes, that's the way I see it. I heard rumor that he just hung it up. I'm not saying he didn't snap James down into a tight "legal" front head...I'm guessing not though.

That makes Malloy's match go from tight to possible bonus points.
Well I saw that he was at least on the team through the Blue v. Gold scrimmage. I would've thought he would stick it out at UCO with former LCC teammates Berens and Snedden on the team.

Mikey was king of the penalty point though. I believe an illegal slam or choke cost him a shot at going to Nationals last year and possible All-American Honors.
125 Dustin Dooley vs. Casey Rowell (Dooley wins with experience, dec) 3-0
133 Aldon Isenberg vs. Trison Graham( Isenberg wins, puts the thong on him) 6-0
141 Andre Harrison vs. Scott Berens #5@ 133 (Harrison wins, over a tough but smaller berens) 9-0
149 Levi Younkin vs. Colby Robinson #7(Coby Robinson wins leg ride beast) 9-3
157 Danny Grater #3 vs. Eden Bernstein (Grater wins, major) 13-3
165 Blake Malloy vs. Derrick Adkins (Malloy edges Adkins, 3-2, avenging loss at UNO)16-3
174 Cody Gillespie vs. Cody Rowell( Dont know much bout these guys, but Gillespie by dec, with hometown crowd)19-3
184 Tyler Gonzales vs. Kenny Merrideth ( Gonzales wins, dec) 21-3
197 Chance Rencountre vs. Jarret Edison (Edison edges win for KS as a traitor to oklahoma after loss to Rencountre at UNO who came from Ok to the real state KS)21-6
285 Carl Wilkinson vs. Dustin Finn #1( wilkinson, loses, pin)
Final Score 21-12 Fort Hays upsets Central Oklahoma
(Game Blouses)
Eat your heart out, Ike.
Whatsup with Kulhman at 174 why isnt he wrestling
Rory Wilkinson, currently 10-0 in open competition and 3 time nebraska state champion will have his red shirt pulled tonight to show everyone what's good.
Aldon - 133 - his mama said he was a fatty early in the year! I guess the high plains are a good place to slim down! Way to go Aldon!

Uhm? Then why does FHSU have him as 3-9 overall on scorebook:

That looks like it was a pretty tight duel. I'm impressed that Carl kept it that tight. Casy Rowell must be the real deal. Graham got after Isenberg pretty good. Graham should AA this year. I'm guessing old knarly Berens put the legs on with a vengeance and neutralized those takedowns from Harrison. I always like to see that. That is a good win for Gonzales there too. Looks like a lot of tight matches. Anybody see it first hand?
Dooley is tough, but I don't think he would have tooled on Graham. It's easy not to be objective when you have a close friend/family involved, and hindsight is always 20:20. Don't be upset about it. Dooley will get his.
im not putting graham down; hes a great athlete and i congratulate him on his victory tonight. him and dooley would of been a great match, a much better match then him underweight at 25. thats all i was trying to get at*
john doe hays will never be competitve they will always place around 6th on a good year.
Good college dual last night. FHSU Hwt Carl Wilinson wrestled smart on his feet and kept moving. he did not allow Finn to get his underhooks in. This was a good bout. #125 and #133 good athletes for the Tigers but the UCO kids were excellent on their feet. They attacked and created angles and fustrated our lightweights. I am sure our little guys will be OK this weekend in the Bob Smith Opem. At #141 Andre looked good on feet in first period was winning but we have to finish the bout. At #149 Wow loved this match. Younkin is great and Robinson is tough with legs. Sitting by Coach Ellegood and Coach Lycak and I know they enjoyed this match. It was just legs in and Levi countering and fighting not to get turned and Levi almost out needed about six more second and he might have had two pt reversal. After the intermission the big boys came out tough and wrestled smart on their feet. Speaking of intermission how about giving the little kid a chance to win the $50.00 dollars. Come one FHSU administration he won a dollar?. That is weak! Not sure if Coach Thompson had much to say to the team at the intermission? But I really like the fire that Danny,Blake, Cody, Tyler and Chance displayed. The team will improve and we had a great crowd last night. I like the elvated patform and spot light. It was nice to see a lot of family members, good friend s and fans of college wrestling. Chazie and the staff will have them ready for Saturday. Go TIGERS. RMG
