at Neosho. Hoping they will have some live streaming but haven't checked yet.
Any guesses at a final score?
I sure don't but I would like to hear from anyone that may have more insight to match ups than I do which is just about everybody. LOL
Some info on Neosho plucked from another thread.
JUCO news.

I did the announcing for the Pratt CC at #20 Neosho CCC dual.
Started at 125
125#3 Vesta (N) WBF in 51 seconds over Zachary Hoehn
133 LeRoy Barnes (N)17-1 tech over Skyler McComb
141 Forrest Caroll (P) 5-4 dec Javon Haines
149 John Lynch (P) 11-4 over Trent Robb
157 Keegan Smith (P) 5-0 over Jonathan Barnat
165 Cody Hill (N) wbf 1:55 over Adam Klien (backup 157 thrust into starting position after starter Colten Picking quit the team this morning when he was 6lbs over)
174 Landon Keiswetter (P) WBF in OT over #6 Edwin Gutierrez
184 Taylor Baird (P) WBF over Chad Wampler
197 Cole Carr (N) WBF over Dustin Hackett ...
Team Score going into HWT: NCCC 23 Pratt 21
285 Zotaih Tuaquoi (P) WBF over Adam Wakefield
Pratt wins 27-23.
Some solid kids on both teams and many of the falls came off of some slick, good wrestling on both sides 3 pins by each team . Neosho won all 4 of their matches by bonus with 3 pins and a Tech.
Barnes for Neosho is pretty solid, I thought Baird kid was just as impressive as I remembered watching him last year in the 4a State Finals. Keiswetter was down big and kept composure and was a strong finisher in his college debut against a solid Gutierrez, who just got in a bad position and then was called pinned in OT.
Labette will go 9-1 or 10-0. The most hotly contested match will be at 125 with #3 ranked Vesta and #4 ranked Garrett Jones. They both beat each other last year, both get their share of pins and both will bring it.
We'll see #3 Ray Hall and #6 Edwin Gutierrez at 174. Hall is way too much of a beast. They had to hire a full time mason at Labette because Ray just keeps blowing his practice partners through the block walls.
Not sure who will take the mat at 84 but I think the Cards will win there either way. HWT could be close...but I'll put my money on O'Daniel.
Who does Labette have at 133. Barnes is tough....
Is Barnes the same guy that Tre Humphrey torched at the Metro last year?
As far as I know for Labette will be Eric Hughes at 133.
I'm not sure at 33 but it could be Hughes. Coach, is he gettin the nod? Hughes is plenty tough. I don't think the other 33 will be down till this weekend.
I know Barnes is the same guy that beat 4x state champ Colt Rogers 17-1 last weekend.
Ike, that is the last I heard but of course they have lots of options.
I would think Elmore could get the nod their too. He's turning head's from my understanding. His brother is a former Card AA on the '05 Championship team.
Yeah, 133,141,149 is stacked deep!
Yes, In the metro classic last year Barnes lost to Tre' Humphrey 13-5. Barnes looked very slick and strong at the Baker tournament last week though.
I know Barnes is the same guy that beat 4x state champ Colt Rogers 17-1 last weekend.
Wow. That's incredible. Tre Humphrey beats Barnes 13-5 and Barnes beats Colt Rogers 17-1.
No offense to the Barnes kid, but the Baker tournament results could be a bit deceiving. I'm a Cardinal homer by my own admission but I will be shocked if they lose more than one match.
I could see a 33-6 dual myself.
Pretty close to what I think but this is the "Year of the Goose Egg". Jones is mean and Vesta has a tendency to fade late...
Are they going to stream this live? I would love to see the Cards tear 'em up and my boy Zach Anderson crunch somebody. If no streaming someone please post updates!
I checked with Neosho and the dual is not being streamed. Not sure if Labette takes their Live streaming crew on the road or not. LOL.
I second the request for someone there to post updates.
I'll have some soon.
Hughes with the start tonight and Anderson too.
Great and thanks for any updates you can do tonight!o Go Cards!
What weight is the dual starting at.
Waiting on that too!
I'm trying! I may not get any word until they are done.
Dual started at 157. Labette winning 14-3...Orr lost at 65 (4-2). 197 was up 8-1.
I'm pretty surprised, shocked, that Orr lost there. The Neosho kid has to be pretty solid.
Yeah, Vesta is up 2-1 in their past match-ups. We're due!
32-9. Vesta won a tough match with a pin.
Damn. Nothing but good news from here on out ok? Lol
Labette won out the rest of the way. Don't have a team score though.
32-9 was the final. Lost at 25 (by fall) and 65 (4-2) won the other eight matches.
