Come on out to the Neosho County Community College gym this Saturday, February 1st at 7:30 pm as Panther Wrestling hosts Colby Community College in our final home dual of the season. We plan to "stache out" the gym, and will be giving out 180 free mustaches to those unfortunate enough to not be able to grow one! Also be sure to get your fearthestache t-shirt! Contact me at cchenoweth@neosho.edu or 620-431-2820 ext 721 if you have any questions or would like to purchase a shirt!

We will also be recognizing our sophomores before the dual and hope to see a packed house to send off our sophomores in their last home dual as a Panther! During the intermission of the dual we will also be honoring former Panther standout Bogdan Ciufulescu for his induction into the NJCAA Hall Of Fame last year.

If there are any high school teams that would like to come, we do offer team discounts. Just contact me and we'll work out the details. We hope to see Kansas wrestling pack the stands for our final home dual of the season!

Unfortunately our dual with Colby has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. You can catch the Panthers in action in 2 weeks at the west central district tournament.

Didn't they wrestle Labette in Parsons last night?

Yes they did. It came down to the official not feeling comfortable making then drive down here from a couple hours away.

We drove over from Derby and once we got east of Augusta the roads were fine. I would have been more than happy to pick up the official for a nominal fee. Imagine that me with a ref in my truck. I would have plenty of time to straighten him out.

That official would probably never officiate again after a 2 hour ride with you

2 hours? Pretty sure Jerry Dale would be ejected from him own vehicle within 5 minutes. 2 1/2 if he had to give an opposing coach a ride too!

This is why I should never be opposed. Respect my authority.
