Kansas Wrestling

Hello everyone. I currently live in NY where my son takes part in the wrestling club here. I really enjoy watching the wrestling (not talking about the WWE mess) and being a part of that world. We are moving to Kansas in the next few months in the Fort Riley area. Is it possible for someone of my age (35) to start wrestling classes? I work out regularly but really want the lessons. Is it wrong for someone of my age to ask such a thing?

Wrestling is an awesome sport and one never stops learning no matter what age you are. I'm sure you will find someone in your new town or area that would love to teach and work out with you. Welcome to ks.

Thank you. I did not want to insult someone by trying this so late in the game but I can't seem to get it out of my head to give it a try and learn. I do Crossfit training now to get back to being fit as I used to be, if not stronger. Luckily there seems to be a number of clubs near Riley. I am excited and counting the days! My focus has been off cheering for a couple of our club members here at West point who made it to the trials. So proud of them.
