Just realized the Neosho guy is an old Garden City kid....

other updates:

Silvis wins another won in dominating fashion and is in the round of 8 where he will face Levi Prevost(wyoming)(if my bracket is correct) a guy he only beat 4-2 at the Kaufmann brand open 2 weeks ago...Silvis one in the round of 16 over Division 1's Zach Fryling of West Virginia by an identical 15-1 rout to match his earlier major decision of Neosho.

Jacob Klein wrestling at the same weight opened up against a phenominal Missouri Valley kid Drew Dickerson and beat him 16-0! Klein lost in the round of 32 to former Neosho All American Chris Stith. In the consolations Klein just recorded a fall in 1:21 over the SFSU guy.

Silvis has made it into the Semi-finals. Defeated Clark of Ohio State 7-3. It appears he will have Owen of Michigan next who defeated Volkmann of Minnesota 6-3. Volkmann is the only loss for Silvis on the season 4-2. Should be a good match. Congrats Shawn.

Correction:
According to the forum on themat.com, Silvis will have King of Edinboro (the #2 seed) his next match. King is the highest seed remaining in the bracket, then Silvis at #6 and Owen at #8.

Silvis beat D1's Jacob Volkmann of Minnesota 3-0 in the Conso semis...Volkmann is ranked as high as #2 and #3 in the D1 polls....

Silvis' opponent will be (I believe) Levi Prevost a guy that he beat 4-2 earlier this year from Wyoming.
