Tristen lost to Alex Warren from Indiana. DeShazer and Warren have wrestled each other many times before, and are pretty evenly matched.
In the match, DeShazer attempted a headlock, which Warren was able to slip under and catch DeShazer in a trapped arm gut. The score was 6-6 at that time, but Warren was able to use the trapped arm gut to secure a technical fall (18-6).
This particular match was a particularly poorly officiated one, with the action moving quickly and the officials unable to keep up with it. Very unfortunate, in such a high caliber competition.

Not that I'm the best shaped guy, but wouldn't it help if the referees resembled athletes themselves and not pregnant women?

To Mike Juby or anyone that might happen to be in Fargo: Is there a specific section in which Team Kansas supporters are sitting? I will be in Fargo on Thursday and was hoping to sit with a bunch of fellow Kansans!!!

Cool deal that you are getting to go Curtis! Have fun lot of great wrestlers up there. If you get a chance to see the Michigan Monsters at 189 and 275 they are fun to watch although one got schooled bad tonight.

Curtis,
The Kansas team has generally been sitting in the Southeast corner of the FargoDome. Usually the parents move around quite a bit, in order to get closer to the mat where their child is wrestling (with 23 mats covering an entire indoor football field, you don't want to be in the wrong end of the building when your child's match starts!).
Probably your best bet is to find an high spot in one the north or south end of the building, then look for a group with Kansas jackets or tshirts on.
Make sure you bring lots of good Kansas mojo with you when you arrive!
