Here are some topics people have discussed with me so far this year. I would like to see what you think about some of these?

1. One Coach per Mat?

2. Single Age Group?

3. Age you are the Day of the Tournament?

4. Bracket after Weigh-In?

5. Having 6&U go back to picking Up or Down in second & third period, NO NEUTRAL CHOICE. That way the kids learn more on mat positions?

Here are my answers to the questions.

1. YES, If you have one Coach you have less problems. Usually you have one Coach & parent, then another coach joins half way threw and one behind the Table. Then you have kids on the mat and Mom's Video taping. ONE COACH ONLY, NOBODY ELSE!

2. YES, Years ago they didn't have the numbers know they do.

3. NO, Too confusing

4. NO, You would have to have Weigh in's on Friday and then Bracket or have two to three hours between weigh in and Start time.

5. YES, I think it would be nice if they stay on the Mat a little longer. Wrestling now has become all about takedowns. Let the little one's learn some moves.

1) I think two coaches per mat but thats it
2) No, I think its ok the way that is
3) No, this is fine the way it is, no matter what you have someone is going to be the oldest and someone is going to be the youngest might as well keep it the same all year instead of wrestling younger kids then going to older kids right before sub.
4) No way, as a coach this would take way to long and it would extend the day way to long if you ask me.
5) In 6&under most the time any way all they do is stand up and go after each other its not really much about the moves
