Why are we making a big deal of Nathan Furches being back this year or making weight. We have young men all over the state that do things right every day, make their respective weights, are there all four years for their teams and they remain anonymous.

Because he is a big deal. He's a Fargo All-American and a former State Champion. For those that enjoy elite wrestlers and care about Nathan, it's great to see him back on the mat.

jwatkins, i dont know who you are, but this seems to be a low blow. Either intentional or accidental, thats still kinda un-acceptable. I am glad to see "nasty" nate back on the mat, he was a very intense wrestler; even if the last time i watched him wrestle (2 years ago in the brute finals against calahan) he wasnt his agressive self, it is still great to see him back on the mat. I wish i were there and was able to watch him wrestle

jwatkins is an educator, who also is a former head wrestling coach who led a team to a KSHSAA State Team Wrestling Championship. This coach has produced state champions, finalists, and medalists.

Wow, i feel rather embarresed now. Maybe it's just me but if you read the forums, it seems like that post was "anti-furches". I can get Watkins view, but no reason to say it like that. I apologize.
