I am going to go out on a limb and predict that the 119 SC from 2009 will be at 130 or higher! smile

Put it this way. Cokeley will send Sportsfan a Christmas gift if he is below 130.

I would have to disagree with the "no one" segment of your statement. Some wrestlers give up weight, some wrestle what they weigh, some cut a little, some cut more, and some cut too much. You can put a few of them into each category.

Rider,

I would probably disagree with you. Kids aren't that tough, in general, today! smile Honestly, I am of the opinion that you can't cut "too much", your body will shut down but by saying "too much" I mean that it mentally impacts the competitor to the point that the sport is no longer fun and they don't want to cut weight so they quit. No matter how you do it, cutting weight is not fun.

How about some more.

Dremel-OS
Whitten-Maize
Lemon-Goddard
Bonilla-Goddard
Ruiz-JC
Norris-Manhattan
Maybe Deshazer-WH if he is not bigger than that.

Some of these guys could make 112.

There are few names that will be tough. I am sure there are some others.

Chief you and I are both forgetting about one of the toughest returning kids...Boyer from MV is going to be in that 119 range as a guess. That kid is a warrior. He will be tough whereever he is at.

Yep, I didn't list him because I think he may stay at 112.

The 4A 112 champion will be tough at 25 or 30. Although not an issue at regionals and state for 5A & 6A will be at any tournaments where they cross paths.
