Hello,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brandon Bradley. In August 2015, I was hired as the new Head Wrestling Coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU). My coaching and collegiate experience spans over 18 years. As a former athlete and coach, I have always established high standard for myself and the young men in my programs. Thus, I am extremely excited about the opportunity to develop a NCAA Division III program that will be competitive, respected and recognized nationally, for the manner in which the athletes excel academically and athletically. Our program will compete in the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, which is the strongest in Division III. The university and its stakeholders have committed to building a new wrestling facility. I assure you, wrestling is alive and well at Nebraska Wesleyan University! My athletes will represent the institution, themselves, their families and the surrounding communities in a very positive manner.

The administration’s commitment to the program goes beyond the hiring of a new coach. Additionally, the institution and its stakeholders have committed to building a new Prairie Wolves wrestling facility. As you are aware, quality facilities are a necessity, in terms of our preparation, training and competing at the NCAA Division III level. This support, coupled with the great educational opportunities, makes NWU a great choice for student-athletes. During my short period at the university, based on the commitment of the institution and the level of enthusiasm exhibited on the campus and in the community, I believe our program can become a national power.

We will have a stand-alone wrestling facility and seasoned coaches with experience from the highest level of our sport. I come to NWU with experiences as athlete and coach – a four-year starter competing in Division II as well as the proud coach of over a dozen All-Americans at the Division III level. I have no doubt we will take our Prairie Wolves program to great heights.

I welcome the opportunity me meet you in the near future. Additionally, I hope that you would give serious consideration to becoming an integral part of a dynamic program. Our inaugural season begins in 2016-2017. I invite you to follow us on the NWU Prairie Wolf website (nwusports.com). Please note, I invite you to click on the attached link below, and share with me information about you and your personal wrestling experiences.

I had the pleasure of meeting Coach Bradley today and the Athletic Director as well. They are invested in wrestling and are building a new facility for their wrestling team. IF you are ever up in Lincoln you should swing by their campus and say hi to Coach Bradley.
