Once again an amazing staff has been assembled and they are leading the campers through their paces!!
We have the Juniors in one room, the Cadets and Schoolboys in one, and the little guys in another!! The staffers are moving around and the grapplers are getting some great training!!
I will report from the camp periodically and once the tourney starts ... along with the web-cast by Mike Furches, hope to report some results!!
If I can do anything for you Moms and Dads at home ... let me know!!

Brother Randy, Looking forward to your posts and Mike's webcasts, just sick having to miss the tournament this year. Just now booking my crew's summer monster-quest for ufo's, bigfoot, and the elusive Waunita. Will focus this year on the high desert area of Northern New Mexico where we have rented a ranch to base our operations from as Gage acclimates himself to Las Vegas, NM. Best of luck to the Kansas crew at Southern Plains.

Yo Special K ... sounds like you are going to have a blast anyway!!
About 100 total campers this year with about 30 of those Juniors!!
Just got done with the evening session ... and I have noticed a bunch of tired and sore wrestlers!

Randy, will be up on Thursday early, I am hoping we can do some things together, even do some co work on the web casts. Would be a blast. Klint, just sent you a pm and thankfully the web casts will be live and archived for those that want to listen. I am working to not only report with the web casts but to also carry some of the matches live. Still looking for some folks that can do color with me on the live broadcast matches. I will hopefully have the set up where we can do 2 people, along with interviews and so forth, plus carry some of the matches live, if anyone wants to help with this, the Swayz may be I spoke to him tonight, they will need their cell phone as I will be able to leave the primary station set up in the computer area, then go to the match mat side, use the cell phone to call in and broadcast the matches live where there is interest. This will be fun and I am looking forward. Also, remember folks can call in to the show when it is on the air. The broadcast times have been scheduled in, set to go, and am awaiting Thursday night when everything starts.

Well, camp is over ... except a few exhibition matches at 7 pm.
The wind turbines on I-70 were generating tons of energy the past two days in Hays. Hopefully our wrestlers have a bit of energy stored for the next 3 days of competition!
There is a Bronze clinic tomorrow morning and the Greco action starts tomorrow evening!!
It's been a good camp, no major incidents. A few kids learned some technique, and few brushed up on some, and a few are fairly versed in the International disciplines. Tomorrow we get an opportunity to watch the members of Team Kansas!
