Haven't heard/seen anything about the Keller boys for some time. Any updates? How's Jordan looking for the post-season?

John Keller - I am pretty sure will red-shirt
6-3 in open tournaments can go with anyone - another year of experience will do wonders for both.

Jordan - over 20 wins on the season and can wrestle with the best guys in the country and has a good shot at qualifying for nationals - he will have some good competition at the EWL Championships (national qualifier)

EWL Championship teams from 2008
Edinboro, Pittsburg, West Virginia, Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, Clarion, Cleveland State

RPI guys at Jordan's weight 125 pounds at EWL Championships
Paul Danahoe - Edinboro, Ian Moser - Bloomsburg, Jay Ivanco - Clarion, Chris Albright - Pittsburg

I am not sure how many guys qualify out of the EWL Chamionships.
Sometimes 1st and 2nd are automatic and then they have wildcards voted on by the coaches. Last year the EWL had 12 wild cards plus the automatic qualifiers (not sure what places and how many they take).

Thanks for the update! My wife was their computer teacher @ BC and she's trying to keep tabs on her former students...

I think that every high school wrestler needs to pay attention to all the small things that happened in that match.

1. First takedown attempt by the Eastern Michigan guy was deep and he did not score. Jordan did not panic and played solid defense and waited for his opportuinity to attack.

2. Jordan continued to wrestle at the edge of the mat. Looking to score.

3. Leg defense. Watch how he blocks off.

4. Knew the score of the match and what it meant to get the major decision for his team. He cut him and attacked him for the major decision.

Thanks for the video.
