Solid/smart proposals from the PA contingent to move toward the college OOBs rule. We really need this one IOT keep the action flowing on the edge.

A really good proposal to to eliminate the starting position sequence (Navel to the elbow)and pause by the refereee. I absolutely hate the way this rule slows the action down with cautions.

If the weight change proposals are accepted, we will either see some really small 110s (natural 103s) or some really big 110s (natural 112s). I would say the result would be less freshmen on varsity as the little stud 3s will spend frosh/soph yrs growing into 110.

Also, look at the recommendations on page 2 -- a possible move towards allowing 6 matches in a day.

Reading the Mat.com message board for high school. It appears the National Federation rules committee met last week and decide on the 14 weight class change. From the message board it appears that Opt. B is the selection to take affect in 2011-2012. I hope we get a press release on the rule change by the end of the month. RMG

The list of proposals has four proposals listed as 8, 9, 10, and 11. Which one?

Does not say which of the options is the ONE being recommended.
