This link,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wYzaHE8DbY is awesome. Look closely at his Hi C, low Single, and Sweeps. I was his main training partner for 6 years and obviously gained alot of knowlege from him. I was also his Asst Coach at Oklahoma State for 3-4 yrs.
Not we will be getting into that low single leg in our Purler Wresting Sessions later in the month. We've been covering this same Hi C and Single the past 7 weeks, and the kids are starting to LOOK LIKE WRESTLERS NOW!
If you've seen good HS wrestlers over the years executing explosive ducks, HI C, and low singles, there's a good chance theyv'e been involved with pwa for several years.
And good luck to Alan Waters, who was the 1st pwa member ever in 2002. He got great in my rooms, and will be competing at the World Trials this weekend. He still comes up to my Home Training Center and Trains.
Just wanted to share this.
