So a "correct throw" is now worth two points in Freestyle. If you don't find that crazy let me put it into perspective. A REAL takedown is worth just two points. Exposing your opponents back is JUST two points. A guy "tries really hard" so we give him two points?? So why even defend the move??? It really should be called an "INCORRECT throw" because it DID NOT WORK!!! I hated it when they gave one point for it but now two??? This is NOT fan friendly! I was told they think it promotes fan base because it adds scoring?!?!? REALLY?? Heck, if you sat out for a couple of years and showed up at a tournament and a guy tries an arm spin and two of our BRILLIANT officials decide it was "pretty" it is suddenly 2-0 and you have no clue WHY?!? More than half of the crowd is going WHY??!! Cmon UWW. This is empowers official's JUDGEMENT which makes it a GRAY area. The fans WANT and DEMAND BLACK and WHITE they don't want three guys (two of which might have been looking down at their paper) throwing UNEARNED points up on the board that could cost the REAL winner a W.
