Taking the Top 20 in the 10 weight classes of all divisions and putting them together to make the ultimate top 200 wrestlers in the Nation is what Wrestling USA magazine has just done...many Kansas kids made the list...I'm sorry for any omissions...I can send the entire 200 to anybody who wants it as well just email me. Here's the list (by the way 10 guys made it out of ten weight classes but only in 7 weight classes!):
125- Chris Saferite (special mention)
133- Zach Roberson (4th)
141- Tyson Biddle (20th)
149- no one
157- Joe Johnston (9th)
Kenny Taylor? (not sure if he's a kansas boy or not) (Special Mention)
165- Jacob Klein (13th)
Shawn Silvis (18th)
174- no one
184- Justin Dyer (13th)
197- no one
Hwt- Scott Coleman (11th)
Jeremiah Beltran (special Mention)

Klein and Silvis would be a good match to see. I think my a-town brotha would come out with the win though.
Oh snap.

I would like to put Ryan Phillips and Myself Aaron Meister on that list at 165 and 174 pounds. Alot of people do not mention the NJCAA wrestlers. We still go to open tournaments and have success. I have beaten D-1 and D-2 wrestlers (including D-2 Qualifiers) in some of those tournaments. I am not saying we are the best but we are worth a mention.
Aaron Meister Always T.C.O.B.

I'm very suprised to see That Shaun Bunch, Dusty Spaulding or Matt Murray did not make that list.

I believe the reason Bunch(olympic redshirt), Murray and Spaulding are not mentioned on the list is because its based on everyone's placing at their respected divisions. From there they go on down the line from Champions to placers and qualifiers.
