If the match is stopped specifically because of an uncontrolled high bridge, then three points are awarded.

If the match is stopped because of a possible injury (ie. the "Cry baby" rule), and not because of the high bridge, then the back points earned would be awarded, plus one additional point. This could occur in the case of a high bridge that the official considered to be under control.

I can't think of any case in which your option #1 would be the correct call.
